We are delighted to announce that First Swim will be incorporating baby massage skills into our curriculum for Little Dippers Levels 1-3 from the start of the new Spring term in March. This is another 1st for First Swim as we are the only swim school in the country to do this.

We have been designing these lessons for some time now in collaboration with Complete Harmony Baby Massage and are now ready to roll this out in Sandyford and for our new swim school opening in Santry. This exciting news was covered by Mums & Tots magazine in their latest edition.

After all the splashing and excitement, baby massage provides the perfect counterbalance. Gentle rhythmic strokes ease tension, encourage flexibility, stimulate digestion and promote deeper sleep. By combining the two, babies experience a natural rhythm of energy and calm.

Movement is followed by relaxation, mirroring the flow of a healthy day. The swim awakens their senses while the massage soothes and grounds them. It’s a partnership that supports holistic growth and wellbeing.

This in-person seminar is free to attend for First Swim customers but we also have 10 free seats available for our instagram followers who are not currently swimming with us. Celine is a certified nutritional therapist with a special interest in postpartum recovery and supporting women on their fertility journeys. With a deeply personalised approach, she empowers her clients to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their vitality through menstrual cycle awareness, nutritional therapy, lifestyle coaching and mindfulness practices.
