The use of nursery rhythms in our lessons is a fantastic way to make the classes fun for both the parent and the child. These are also great cues for skills which helps learning and builds confidence. Making these songs part of the bath time routine really helps too.

First Swim Sandyford is looking to hire a Full Tim

First Swim Sandyford is looking to hire a Full Time Manager for it's busy swim school at the Beacon South Quarter, starting in January 2026.

We are Ireland's only purpose-built baby & toddler swim school teaching children from 10 weeks to 3 years old with our own on-site heated pool and private cafe.

The role will be primarily non-pool based so the manager can focus on the day to day operations of the school and engage with our customers.

Experience in swim school/ leisure management or childcare management is essential as you will be leading a team of 6 enthusiastic swim teachers. For those with only childcare experience, full swim teacher training can be arranged.

First Swim is fun and friendly place to work and our award winning school has a very loyal growing customer base.

We have a fantastic career development package where we offer advanced training right up to tutor level status which is free for our staff.

Starting salary is between €35-40K based on experience and qualifications.
